SurMain X4: mission and basic features
September-October 2014
The SurMain X4 is our first prototype and it is centered in two main missions: inspection of infrastructures and specific services for the Real Madrid football club. It will consist of a medium-sized quadcopter in X configuration.

SurMain Drone: Launch of the project
September 2014
The "SurMain Drone" project was created this year 2014-2015 as a consequence from the "Drones for Good" contest organized by the United Arab Emirates Government, due to the Project-Based Learning approach established by the Polytechnic School of the Universidad Europea, Madrid.

SurMain X4: design (maturity B)
19 December 2014
The maturity B phase for the design of the SurMain X4 has been completed. The project consists of a medium-sized quadcopter in X configuration, optimized for its specific mission of building's inspection. The design will be improved and optimized during maturity C, starting in January.
